The much easier way:

1) Click on the Add More Accounts button (upper left corner)
2) Change the username in the box above the Verify Information button
3) Click the Verify Information button

Done.

I was not able to find another way to do this without uninstalling everything and then re-installing. Sorry.

Wow this is awesome step-by-step.

Another option is to just not allow people to change names. That seems far simpler to me.
